Individual Offences: Imprisonment increased to 5–10 years (from 3–5 years) and fines up to ₹50 lakh (from ₹10 lakh).

Organized Crime/Mafia Minimum 7 years imprisonment (up to 10 years) and fines up to ₹10 crore.

Service Providers Fines up to ₹5 crore and debarment extended to 8 years.

Judicial Oversight Mandates Special Fast-Track Courts with time-bound investigations (completed within 2 months).
