H-1B visa fee from Sept 21st Sep, 2025 which is going to impact Indian tech workers on the other hand. Trump's order bars new H-1B recipients from entering the United States unless the employer sponsoring their visa required to make payment of $100,000 payment.
It is said by administration that the order does not apply to existing H-1B holders or those people who applied before 21st September 2025.

CHALLENGE TO SEPTEMBER ORDER.
The lawsuit challenges a fee announced in September that far exceeds the existing H-1B visa charges, which typically range between $2,000 and $5,000. It will be at least the third legal challenge to the policy, which critics say threatens to upend a programme relied upon by the technology sector, universities and healthcare providers.
