Dharmendra Kewal Krishan Deol (8 December 1935 – 24 November 2025), known mononymously as Dharmendra, was an Indian actor, producer and politician, primarily known for his work in Hindi films. Dharmendra was widely considered one of the greatest, most handsome and commercially successful film stars in the history of Indian cinema. In a career spanning 65 years, he worked in over 300 films, holding the record for starring in the highest number of hit films in Hindi cinema.

India women's table tennis reached the quarter-finals:

India women's table tennis reached to quarter-finals after beating Romania. 

Indian megastar Manika Batra excelled under pressure, leading the girls's desk tennis team to a 3-2 victory over Romania and securing a gap in the zone-finals of the Paris 2024 Olympics. Batra's extremely good performance, which includes two essential wins, changed into instrumental in overcoming a determined Romanian aspect. India took a 2-0 lead after Sreeja Akula-Archana Kamath and Manika Batra received the first  fits of the tie. Owever, Romania gained the next two and forced a decider. Batra beat Adina Diaconu 11-5, eleven-nine, 11-nine in the fifth in shape to seal the tie. India will face the USA or Germany in the women’s crew table tennis zone-very last.
