PM Modi Congratulates Indian Cricket Team On Winning T20 World Cup 2024 Against South Africa:



PM Narendra Modi congratulated the Indian cricket team after the team lifted the T20 world cup 2024 on Saturday.

In his post he said "CHAMPIONS ! Our team brings the T20 World Cup home in STYLE! We are proud of the Indian Cricket Team. This match was HISTORIC". 
PM Modi said "that over 140 crore Indians are filled with pride over the cricketers' performance, highlighting that they not only won the trophy on the field but also captured the hearts of millions across villages & streets.

He said India did not lose a single match, PM Narendra Modi underscored the significant achievement in a tournament with participation from numerous countries.

India Wins T20 World Cup 2024: PM Modi congratulated Rohit Sharma for his "splendid captaincy" & praised Virat Kohli for his performance in the final match.

Virat Kohli & Rohit Sharma announced their T20I retirements yesterday.

PM Modi also praised Hardik Pandya for his final over & Suryakumar Yadav for his splendid catch on the boundary line to dismiss David Miller.
