The word "Yoga" is derived from the Sanskrit root yuj meaning "to join", "to yoke" or "to unite", symbolizing the unity of mind and body; thought and action; restraint and fulfillment; harmony between human and nature, and a holistic approach to health and well-being.

NASA Astronauts  Sunita Williams &  and Butch Wilmore  Return Safely On  Earth on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 : NASA astronauts Sunita Williams Return Live   to Earth  after nine months in space  on  Tuesday  after spending  greater than nine months on the International Space Station. Their spacecraft, SpaceX’s Dragon Freedom tablet, effectively splashed down off the Florida coast close to Tallahassee, at 5. Fifty seven pm on Tuesday  day at Tuesday at 3:27 am. NASA astronaut Sunita Williams &  fellow Crew-9 members have exited the Dragon capsule. They will be now taken to Houston for rehabilitation programme.
